Happy Women Outdoors

Our Philosophy

We believe that life's most significant transitions are not just moments of loss, but opportunities for profound evolution. At Prime & Fierce, we provide a supportive space where middle-aged women can reclaim their power, navigate complex changes with grace, and rediscover their authentic selves through intentional coaching and community.

I'm here to walk beside you through every transition.

I offer one-on-one life coaching for women navigating the beautiful, messy, and courageous work of reinventing themselves. Whether you're processing a divorce, questioning your identity, moving through menopause, starting a relationship, or simply feeling like there's a version of you that hasn't fully shown up yet — this is your space.

My Story

I'm Jen. Nurse practitioner. Mom. Immigrant. Lesbian. Soon to be Divorcée. Perpetual beginner line Dancer. Community builder. And someone who has lived through nearly every transition I now help women navigate.

I've been many things to many people. A bedside nurse who held hands during the hardest moments. A primary care provider who sat with patients through diagnoses, life changes, and the quiet suffering that never makes it into a chart. A mom showing up every day for her kids. An immigrant who learned early that reinvention isn't optional — it's survival.

And through all of it, I was also navigating my own life. A 15-year marriage. A separation. Heartbreak. Dating again in my late 40s — figuring out who I was in relationships after so much had changed. Building a new community from scratch. Learning, again and again, how to begin.

I've been an out lesbian since I was a teenager. But even with that foundation, navigating dating and love after a long marriage was its own kind of uncharted territory. And what I discovered in that process changed everything — because I started meeting women. Women who were newly out. Newly queer. Newly bisexual. Women who had spent decades living a life that looked right on paper but never quite fit. Women who were finally, sometimes terrifyingly, becoming themselves.

I fell in love with their courage.

What I Witnessed — In My Clinic and In My Life

As a primary care provider, I started noticing a pattern that broke my heart a little every time.

Women coming in during perimenopause and menopause — exhausted, invisible, suffering silently — and when I asked about their sex lives, their relationships, their desires, they looked at me like I'd said something scandalous. Like those things had an expiration date. Like joy and pleasure and passion were for younger women.

Nobody had ever asked them before.

I became that person who asked. And what came pouring out was years of unspoken longing — for intimacy, for identity, for a life that actually felt like theirs.

That's when I knew I needed to do more than prescribe. I needed to coach.

What Makes Me Different

I bring something to this work that no certification alone can teach — lived experience across every transition I help women navigate.

I know what it's like to be a mom and still need to be a person. To leave a long relationship and have to rediscover yourself from the inside out. To date again when the rules feel completely different. To encounter heartbreak and choose, anyway, to stay open. To be an immigrant who learned that identity is not fixed — it grows, it shifts, it surprises you.

I also know what it's like to watch women disappear into the background — done raising young kids, done with a relationship, bodies changing, wondering if this is just... it. And I am here to tell you with everything I have:

It is not it. You are not done. You are just getting started.

My Approach

I don't tell you what to do. I help you hear yourself.

Through deep active listening, honest reflection, and a whole lot of encouragement, I help you cut through the noise — the expectations, the fear, the voices that told you to shrink — and find the direction that's actually yours.

I empower. I encourage. I inspire. And I do it by truly seeing you — all of you — and pointing you toward the version of yourself that's been waiting patiently to show up.

Because you deserve a full life. A fierce life. A life that is unmistakably, unapologetically yours.

When I'm Not Coaching

You'll find me dancing, organizing community events, connecting people who need each other, and yes — occasionally sitting in a park with a sign offering free advice, because that's just who I am.

I'm a Filipina American woman, a Seattle local, a mom, and someone who believes deeply that community is medicine.

Welcome to Prime and Fierce. I'm so glad you're here.
